I hate war! Furthermore we need more fiber and energy to help the economy. We need to be free to re legalize marijuana and hemp. Hemp can provide, food, energy, fiber and medicine. This leads to higher cost and less service. I propose a voucher system for health care. The individual using a voucher will know the cost and be encouraged to shop for better prices and services. | |||

These resources provide sustainable, clean, products for sustainable commerce and will help balance the budget. |
